The second is the internal wiring of LED lamp. The specification gives 13 requirements, which are important terms for safety requirements. In order to meet the mechanical strength, the conductor cross-sectional area of the external power line of domestic general LED lamp should be greater than or equal to 0.75 mm2. However, the cross-sectional area of the conductor of the power line of some lamps is less than 0.5 mm2. If such a conductor is used, the power line may be pulled off in case of external force during the use of LED lamps, resulting in an electric shock.

Internal wiring requirements: for the wiring directly connected with fixed wiring, it is specified that the minimum cross-section of conductor area is 0.4 mm2 for the wiring with normal operating current lower than 2A; If the wiring is connected with fixed wiring through internal current limiting device, the minimum cross-sectional area can be less than 0.4mm2. Many LED tube internal wires belong to the second condition. Langte LED tube adopts UL wire. Type 1015, high temperature resistance of 105 ℃, wire diameter section of 0.75 mm2, extremely safe for use, and can withstand the detection required by various safety regulations.
