Light source material

Led belongs to point light source. If a poor LED is used, the LED will release a lot of heat during operation, resulting in a rapid rise in the junction temperature of the tube core. Driving current

The greater the current flowing through the LED within its current limit parameter scale, the higher its luminous brightness. That is, the brightness of the LED is directly proportional to its operating current. However, if the current flowing through the LED exceeds the limit parameter scale, the LED will be saturated, which will not only greatly reduce the luminous power, but also shorten the service life. The quality of LED power supply directly restricts the reliability of LED products.

Heat dissipation

The heat accumulation of LED tube not only affects the electrical performance of LED, but also may eventually lead to LED failure. Therefore, in order to ensure the longevity of LED lamps, heat dissipation has become a key technology in the application of white LED.
