The electric kettle has a separate structure of the kettle and the power supply. When the water is boiling, the power supply is connected. When the water is boiling, the power is cut off actively, so the operation is safe. It adopts high-power heating with fast heating speed. It takes only 4-5 minutes to boil a pot of water. Generally, the electric water bottle has a split power base, an active water boiling switch, a water level indication specification, a power indicator light, boring maintenance and other safety equipment. 1. Heating / insulation circuit

The heating circuit is composed of boiling water heating H1, anti dry burning temperature controller WK1 and heating temperature controller WK2. The insulation circuit is composed of insulation heater H2, diode D3 and temperature controller wk3. 220 V mains power is divided into two branches after passing through the over temperature fuse Fu. One branch is sent to the heating and insulation circuit, and the other branch is sent to the water outlet circuit of the electric pump. Turn on the power H1 and H2 to heat the water in the bottle. The heating indicator LED1 is on (red light), indicating the beginning of temperature rise. LED2 is not on temporarily because LED2 is short circuited by WK1 and WK2 in series. When the water is heated, WK2 is disconnected, the power supply of the heating circuit is cut off, H1 stops heating, LED1 subsides. At this moment, the mains current passes through line L → Fu → H1 → LED2 → R2 → n to form a circuit. LED2 is on (green light), indicating the beginning of insulation. 220V mains supply power to the insulation circuit continuously through D3 half wave rectification. H2 heats the boiled water with half power (39W), keeping the water temperature at about 86 ℃ until the water is used. The water level in the water bottle is lower than the lowest water level. Take part in the active closure of cold water (tap water), and repeat the above heating process

Diodes D1 and D2 are connected in parallel at both ends of LEDs LED1 and LED2 in the circuit, so as to achieve maintenance effect and avoid damage caused by high reverse voltage breakdown when the indicator works.

2. Outlet circuit of electric pump

220V mains power is reduced to 7V through power transformer B. rectifier bridge d4-d7 rectifies. After the capacitor C1 is filtered, a simple series voltage stabilizing circuit is composed of bias resistor R3, regulator zd1 and regulator Q1. The emitter of Q1 outputs 5V DC voltage. When the water outlet key K1 is pressed, the water outlet indicator LED3 is on (green light), the electric pump m is powered to operate and pump out boiled water.

3. Over temperature / dry burn prevention maintenance circuit

Put the over temperature fuse Fu in series at the power input end as the over temperature maintenance of the whole machine. Fu is a one-time non resettable over temperature maintenance component. When the circuit temperature rise exceeds 130 ℃, it will fuse itself to avoid damage to the thermos bottle. The heating circuit is connected with the air defense dry burn temperature controller KW1 as the dry burn protection maintenance. WK1 is an active reset thermostat. If the hot water bottle is used normally, WK1 will not act. If there is no water in the bottle and the power supply is connected by mistake, the heater immediately transmits the high heat to the anti dry burning temperature controller WK1. Force its contact to be disconnected to avoid burning the heater. After the whole machine is cooled, water is injected from the beginning, and WK1 is closed actively. Then it can be put into normal operation.

In the circuit, Fu (145 ℃) and St 1 (102 ℃) are installed on the temperature sensitive position of stainless steel bottle bottom. Fu anti short circuit / over temperature dual maintenance. ST1 prevents the main heater from being cut off when the water in the bottle is connected to the power supply for dry burning by mistake, so as to avoid burning the heater or causing fire.
